The multifunctional complex Z-Towers consists of two 30-storey high circular towers, which are connected to the underlying podium. Tower height: South 123 m, North 117 m. There are 336 residential apartments in the towers, Class A office spaces 10,000 m2, parking spaces for 700 cars, Fitness and SPA area more than 4,000 m2.
Z-Towers is one of the most technically complicated construction projects in Latvia. Thermowhite team has installed more than 15,000 m2 of ThermoWhite thermal insulation in this object.
